Personal information we collect

Do not sell or share my personal information

HFX Ltd does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration, and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). If you are a California resident and have questions about your privacy rights, please contact us.

Children’s privacy

Our Site and services are intended for business users and are not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
